Tuesday June 9th,
Took the red eye yesterday form Milwaukee!! Got up at 3am to get on a 6am flight arrived in Denver at 7:30am. Did not know that there were 5 tornado's that touched down here in Colorado on Sunday. Thought we left those in Texas!
The Bead & Button Show was a success for me. I sold lots of my Sugar Beads. Everyone loved the colors!!! Show the eBay auction beads to a few people on my e-mail list. They were really surprised at the size of the bead and the colors. They said that the pictures do not show the true colors. I will have to work on having better photo skills.
Paul will start his new job on Monday! We leave tomorrow for Mt. Rushmore and will return on Friday. Then on Saturday my friend Jama and I will get up very early, head to Estes Park for the Wool Market. Busy, Busy, Busy!!!!

Friday May 1st,
The weather here has been constantly changing. Last weekend we had about 8" of snow. Then the week was wonderful and sunny. Now today it is overcast and cool. Wanted to get out in the sunshine but had too many deadlines to meet. So far everything that I have put up on EBay has sold. There is still one set that does not have a bid on it. So go take a look!!! They are at a great price.

Monday April 13th,

Hope everyone had as great of an Easer as we did!!! Here is a pic of my grandchildren. Arianna who is 8, really liked her new red velvet shoes along with her starkly jeans and her asymmetrical top. She called it her crooked top. LOL Little Paul Ray who is 2 is sporting his new shirt and a pair of Cars shoes. He likes that the eyes glow in the dark.

Last week my DH took me to San Francisco for my B'Day. We did lots of walking and eating. What great fun it was. He teases me because I do enjoy chocolate. So he took this picture of me with the Ghirardelli building behind me. He calls it my home away from home. So I took this picture of his home away form home. Alcatraz!!!

I have a new phone number. 303-522-4856 There was no reason before to change my number to a Colorado number. However, recently my granddaughter got a rash and was being sent home from school. Her father had to call me to go get her. I am now on the list so that if there is an emergency the school can call me to pick her up. Been working really hard making lots of beads and jewelry. New and exciting thing are being sent out to galleries. Will get pics up soon.

It is so hard to believe that it has been over a month that I have posted anything! Been busy filling orders, making new blowing beads then silvering them, bringing back an old favorite sugar beads, then before that spending lots of time with family during the holidays. It is wonderful being close to my grandchildren. Watching them open present and enjoying them. Getting ready for Tucson. Hope to see you there.

Till  next time,
Bernadette

My beads are crafted individually using centuries old techniques of flameworking.
